From 24.02.2014 to 28.02.2014 in
Romania, Magura held the sixth meeting of Comenius
project "Let Us Save The
Endangered Species" 2012-2014,
which was attended by partners from schools in Romania, Turkey, Portugal, Cyprus , Poland, Hungary and
Italy. Our country was represented by students and teachers from
Zespół Szkół Miejskich No. 1 in Grajewo: Klaudia Koniecko

Kaminska Ewelina and Jakub Czyz.
The first day of convention participants spent in school, which
hosted the reunion. The students presented the Romanian artistic program prepared for the occasion, including
two theatrical performances in English
and dances. Then, a workshop in which students
participated from all schools and presented presentations
about interesting places to visit in
each country. They presented animal and plant species at risk in Romania, as well as discussed further design tasks.
The next day, the participants visited the Bison Reserve in a town of Brasov, Bear Sanctuary around
Zarnesti and medieval
Bran Castle.
On Wednesday we visited the Museum of Hunting in
Posada and Peles Castle. In both places we were accompanied by guides who told
all in English.
Then we had a meeting with
the mayor of the village of Magura,
visited the camp sculpture
in Magura, mud
volcanoes, and houses built in an environmentally friendly way and also visited the city
of Buzau.
At the end of the reunion all
participants got certificates of attendance.
